Communication Model: Positions to Interests

The Positions to Interests communication model workshop will provide you with the ability to get a clearer picture of why people have the positions they have.  This model will enable you to use your skills and talents to encourage others (and yourself) to move down the “iceberg.”  Whether you are analyzing or communicating through an issue-based dispute, this model will give you the tools and foundational understanding of how to approach these situations.

With over 18 minutes of video and a case study to assist in deepening your learning, this workshop will prepare you for difficult conversations so that you can tackle those issue-based disputes.  This workshop consists of the following 10 modules:
